In addition to our range of moulded and woven friction materials in roll and sheet form, we offer a wide variety of bespoke materials for customer-specific applications. Our specialties include extra-low/high-friction, heat-resistant, metal-free, high-density or laminated-woven materials that can be used for heavy-duty rings, geared and otherwise.
Depending upon volume and shape, we can machine a given part from a sheet using a CNC-operated lathe or milling machine, use a waterjet when higher quantities are involved or, for larger one-off parts, press the item directly in a dedicated tool.
In addition to the friction material itself, we supply ancillary products such the metal-backing plates (bonded together) and rivets. Moreover, we carry out relining work as well as supply materials for new parts.
