Intertech just delivered a set of bespoke Lütgert belt drive pulleys for one of our Scandinavian customers.
The project consisted of 710×100 mm and a 425×100 mm pulleys cast in EN-GJL-200 material, both machined to be fitted with 3535 taper lock bushes. The parts were supplied freshly painted in pitch black to RAL 9005.
Lütgert specialises in the supply and manufacture of bespoke belt drive pulleys that weigh up to six tonnes and have a diameter of up to 2500 mm. Using latest-generation machines and systems, the in-house casting is done in such a manner that no individual model design is required. This gives us enormous flexibility and saves greatly on costs.
